A Pint is 16oz (Feeds 2-4)

A Quart is 32 oz (Feeds 5-8)

A Gallon is 128 oz (Feeds 20-30)

All veggies will be cooked, cooled and refrigerated. All you have to do is heat them to 165 degrees and enjoy!
